Aluminum heat shields made up and installed.

 These heat shields are made out of 1.5mm thick aluminium sheet.

All shields are painted with high temperature black paint.

 Shields spaced out with washers to give a 6mm to 8mm air gap between fire wall and heat shield should insulate the fire wall well.

Shields are secured in with 5mm dome head stainless steel bolts for durability and looks when polished.
